Acrobat plug-ins, command line tools and programming libraries from callas software preflight, correct, color convert and optimize PDF for print and online publishing, document management and archiving.

Our tools excel in accuracy, reliability and practical orientation; fast to install and easy to use, they award a decisive merit to functionality and efficiency of Adobe Acrobat – indispensable to all users from prepress and publishing.

Furthermore callas software actively supports industry standards and has been participating in: DIN, ISO, CIP4, the PDFXready initiative, the European Color Initiative and the Ghent PDF Workgroup.

We count prepress service providers, publishing houses, ad agencies, printers, companies from packaging industry as well as in-house publishing departments to our customers.

Whenever PDF files need to be prepared on a large scale for print production, callas software takes care of quality, safety, speed and efficiency.

But even Adobe itself relies on PDF technology from callas software – the worldwide known company has licensed callas’ established preflighting and analyses tool, pdfInspektor, to use it as preflight function in Adobe Acrobat 6, 7 and 8. Close contacts are maintained also with companies such as Gretag Macbeth, Hewlett Packard and Mitsubishi Paper Mills who have integrated callas’ technologies.
