PDF/A – Rapid check
After just a few seconds, the plug-in displays the result of the check on the PDF file: There are still a few problems that need to be dealt with before you can convert it to PDF/A format. These problems are summarized in groups in callas pdfaPilot and can be displayed using the relevant pushbuttons.
In our example, fonts and color data are missing and document information within the document cannot be clearly assigned.
Depending on whether the check results in serious, minor or no compliance issues, the state of the lower button changes. In our example, there are only minor problems. You can use callas pdfaPilot to repair the file and convert it to PDF/A.
