Result 1: Spot colors are converted individually
The Adobe Acrobat Output Preview proves it: In our sample file (“Sample2 Spot color.pdf”), three of the four spot colors have been converted. The ‘callas blue’ spot color was placed into the cyan separation, ‘callas red’ was converted to CMYK, and ‘C100 M70’ was made invisible. ‘callas yellow’ remains the same.
