Result 2: Separation switched off by ‘None’ specification


Note: The blue spot color ‘C100 M70’ was neither converted to CMYK nor combined with another spot color in our example. This is due to the ‘None’ specification in the color name determination field (see step 5).

‘None’ is a protected spot color name that prevents exposure in any color separation and means that the spot color is neither printed nor displayed. This causes the price specification ‘EUR 79’ to disappear completely (see step 1).
