Enfocus very recently released an upgrade to their Switch product line and callas software has several configurators for its pdfToolbox technology that integrate with Switch 10. Unfortunately, Enfocus shipped Switch 10 without the callas pdfToolbox 5 configurators. So, customers using pdfToolbox Server 5 in their workflows might encounter problems when upgrading to Switch 10.

Here are detailed instructions on how to resolve the problems with the configurators:

When opening Enfocus PowerSwitch 10
Go to “Help” => Manage configurators…
Open “Web” and search for callas
Select the configurators and install them
Finally restart PowerSwitch
