Upgrade for Desktop licenses

Upgrade licenses for the desktop applications can be bought via your local reseller or online. Please note that you will have to provide your serial number.
If you have an older version, you will have to buy a new version to upgrade to the new functionality.

pdfToolbox Desktop 14 upgrade pricing

An upgrade of pdfToolbox 13 to 14 costs 250 EUR, and an upgrade of pdfToolbox 12 to 14 costs 375 EUR.

Devicelink Add-on: This option has been included in pdfToolbox since version 10. You no longer need a separate license for this option.

NOTE: From June 14, the grace period for pdfToolbox started to run, as we launched pdfToolbox 14 on September 14. This means that if you purchased pdfToolbox 13 Desktop during this period, you are entitled to a free upgrade to pdfToolbox 14.
You can contact orders@fourpees.com in this case to request your upgrade to v14.

pdfaPilot Desktop 12 upgrade pricing

An upgrade of pdfaPilot 11 to 12 costs 250 EUR, and an upgrade of pdfaPilot 10 to 12 costs 375 EUR.

Upgrade for server licenses

There is no upgrade pricing for callas Server products and its DeviceLink Add-ons. Pricing depends on whether you have an existing SMA contract or not.

Customers with an active SMA contract receive the upgrade free of charge. Simply contact your local reseller, and you will receive the new license (note that you will have to provide your SMA contract number).

Customers without an active SMA contract have to purchase an SMA contract if they want to upgrade. You can also contact us via e-mail orders@fourpees.com. More information about SMA contracts can be found here.
