We offer a Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for all our products. For many products, it is even obligatory in the first year after purchase. Why are you paying for it, and why is it smart to extend your contract?
The main advantage of a Support and Maintenance Agreement is the fixed, calculable price of the software. You have permanent access to free updates and technical support, enabling secure technical and financial planning. Why hesitate?
In a nutshell
✔ Fast support
The support services that are covered by the contract include short-term technical assistance. If necessary, one of our experts will control your workstation to keep your production up and running when you need it most. Peace of mind is included in the price!
✔ Always up-to-date
The contract covers all updates for the product(s) in question. As an SMA customer, you can download all updates straight from our website. (If you don't have an account yet, you need to register first.) It ensures all your products will be kept up-to-date with the latest versions and enhancements.
✔ Crossgrade
As an SMA customer, you can switch platforms for free! You only need to fill in our Software Removal Agreement (SRA), send it to us, and we can provide you the updated license keys.
✔ Period of validity
The contract is valid for one year, always starting the first day of the next month. Do you regret that you haven’t extended your contract in the past? Well, it’s also possible to enter into an SMA contract later on. For more information, contact our sales team.
Please note that you can extend your Support & Maintenance Contract automatically or on approval. If you prefer the latter, you specifically need to tell us. Don't forget you can only cancel your SMA contract up to 60 days before the renewal!
Price
The annual cost of the contract is 20% of the list price. Looking for a good deal? Then it would be best if you went for a three-year contract, which is available for 50% of the list price.
